Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Knowledge Manager with expertise in Confluence and a strong client-oriented focus
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge management system, leveraging Confluence to support our company’s initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
• Knowledge Sharing
Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the organization. Encourage and facilitate the documentation of knowledge and best practices
• Confluence Management
Develop, manage, and maintain Confluence spaces to ensure that knowledge is organized, current, and easily accessible. Customize Confluence to fit the specific needs of different teams and projects
• Client Engagement
Work closely with clients to understand their knowledge management needs. Tailor Confluence solutions to enhance their information-sharing and collaborative efforts
• Content Development and Curation
Create and curate high-quality content, including documentation, guidelines, and training materials. Ensure that information is clear, accurate, and valuable to users
• Training and Support
Provide training and support to users of Confluence, ensuring they can fully leverage the platform. Develop training materials and conduct workshops as needed
• Integration and Collaboration
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Confluence with other tools and platforms, enhancing overall information flow and collaboration within the organization
• Best Practices and Standards
Establish and maintain best practices for knowledge management. Ensure compliance with information security and privacy standards
• Monitoring and Improvement
Regularly review and analyze the effectiveness of the knowledge management system. Implement improvements based on feedback and changing business needs
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Knowledge Manager, with expert knowledge of Confluence
• Strong client-oriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Experience in creating and managing content in a collaborative environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices in knowledge management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
