Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Jira and a strong client-oriented approach to join our team. This position plays a critical role in bridging the gap between our IT capabilities and business objectives, particularly in the domains of Digital Transformation, Agile Transformation, and DevOps Solutions
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirement Analysis
Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Translate these requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications
• Client Engagement
Actively engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals. Provide solutions that align with their needs and enhance their business operations
• Business Process Optimization
Analyze current business processes and propose improvements. Use knowledge of Digital Transformation and Agile practices to optimize client operations
• Stakeholder Communication
Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle
• Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and produce reports. Use these insights to inform decision-making and strategy
• Change Management
Assist in the implementation of new business processes and systems. Guide clients and teams through change, ensuring minimal disruption and positive outcomes
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and business process optimization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
